Processing biomass raw materials (e.g., hard sawdust, straw, crop stalks) into dense fuel pellets represents a severe mechanical challenge. The high lignin content and low moisture of wood require heavy-duty pelletizing presses, exceptional compression ratios, and extreme wear-resistant alloy ring dies.

High-Compression Alloy Dies
Lignin binder activation requires high heat and pressure. We engineer alloy steel ring dies with deep compression zones (up to 1:7.5) to secure solid pellet cohesion.
