At Milling Equips, our aqua and shrimp feed plants utilize state-of-the-art co-rotational twin-screw extruders. We achieve starch gelatinization ratios exceeding 90% by applying fine raw material micro-grinding (down to 80-120 mesh) and utilizing our dual-diameter pre-conditioner (DDC) systems to secure complete nutrient assimilation and stable buoyancy.
